About Sam

Sam was born and raised in South Portland, Maine where he is an active part of the community. In 2012, he graduated from the University of Maine at Orono with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.

A week after graduating college, Sam moved to South America for a summer, where he lived in Buenos Aires. Living in Argentina furthered Sam’s Spanish speaking skills and helped to broaden his horizons.

Returning to the United States, Same has immersed himself into the field of real estate – becoming a landlord, property manager, licensed realtor, business owner, investor and life-long student. Sam seems to have found his calling in real estate and has not hesitated to hit he ground running!

Today, Sam resides in his multi-family apartment building in Westbrook, Maine with his son Jack and their dog Lady Rza.
