A Mainer born and raised, my draw to buildings & architecture started out with my parents apartment buildings where I would earn her allowance spackling, sanding, and painting walls in between tenants.
While earning my business degree, I worked for an oil company learning the industry inside and out, and later accepted a position at a construction company as the office manager, where I learned a lot of information about the rest of the home. At the age of 20 while I was in college, I purchased my first multi-family home in central Maine, fixing it up while living in one unit and renting out the other unit. After selling it for a profit 5 years later, I moved to Southern Maine.
I instantly fell in love with real estate. A few years later, I was offered an opportunity to buy into Maine Realty, and now own 50% with Paul Diou, who is a fantastic business partner. I also own and run the office portion of Edge General Contracting with my Husband, Eric Pfeffer. I love learning about construction and building design, and seeing the handiwork come to life.
I truly believe in the saying “Find a job you love, and you will never work another day in your life” because this truly doesn’t feel like work. I am so thankful for the lifelong connections I am able to form with my clients and Edge customers. I pride myself in being professional but laidback. Kind, but a tough negotiator. Friendly with all, but YOUR advocate first. If you’re looking for a Realtor who will be REAL with you: I’m your person!
